TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. general

Sales at LuxuryDog.Shop are aimed at private individuals.

When you place an order with LuxuryDog.Shop, it means that you understand and accept the terms of purchase that apply. By accepting these terms of purchase, a binding agreement arises between LuxuryDog.Shop and you as a customer.

LuxuryDog.Shop complies with the Distance Contracts Act (2005: 59), and in the event of a dispute, the General Complaints Board's recommendation.

2. Age limit

To shop online at LuxuryDog.Shop you must be at least 18 years old.

3. confirmation

Once LuxuryDog.Shop has received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided, as proof that the order has been received. If you discover any errors on your order confirmation, it is important that you contact me immediately to, if possible, change your order.

4. prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT, excluding any shipping and payment fees.

The product price indicated on your order confirmation is the price in force subject to VAT, market, price and currency changes, which are beyond the control of LuxuryDog.Shop.

LuxuryDog.Shop reserves the right for any price and printing errors. In case of obviously incorrectly priced goods, LuxuryDog.Shop reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. payment options

LuxuryDog.shop cooperates with SVEA Ekonomi and offers you the following payment methods;

  •  Card payment

We offer secure card payments with VISA and MasterCard in cooperation with SveaWebPay, which is part of the Svea Ekonomikoncernen. SveaWebPay is certified according to the PCI DSS standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We accept all VISA and Mastercard affiliated cards issued in the Nordic countries. Card purchases are made directly at SveaWebPay and all information is encrypted according to current standards and rules. No card information is handled or stored at LuxuryDog.Shop. The money is deducted directly from your account when you approve the transaction.

  •  Invoice

When paying by invoice, we cooperate with SveaWebPay. To pay by invoice, you must enter your social security number. To be able to pay by invoice, you must be registered in the Swedish population register and be over 18 years of age. A credit check and identity check will be carried out. Information that information has been provided will be sent home by post or via SMS. All invoices are transferred by us to SveaWebPay. The invoice payment term is 15 days. In the event of late payment, a statutory reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added, as well as penalty interest of 2% per month.

  •  Partial payment

We can also offer you the possibility to split your payment in cooperation with SveaWebPay. Partial payment is a flexible option for those who want to be in control of their purchases, while being sure to be able to buy what you need. There are several payment options to choose from and you can choose to pay off the remaining debt in a single payment at any time during the installment period. You can apply for an installment at the checkout by entering your social security number and the installment plan that suits you. A credit check and identity check will then be carried out and you will be notified immediately if the application has been approved. Information that the application has been approved will be sent home by post or by SMS. If the application is not approved, you can choose another payment option. The set-up fee is paid on the payment slip. The fee is then paid on the respective monthly statement.

  •  Pay via your online bank

We offer direct payment via internet banking for customers of Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB. When you make a payment, you are automatically connected to your online bank where you log in and approve the transaction. The money is deducted directly from your account when you approve the transaction.

6. shipping and delivery

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

The majority of the products at LuxuryDog.Shop are handmade to order and most are only in stock in very limited numbers.

If the ordered item is in stock, your order will be delivered within 2-5 weekdays after LuxuryDog.Shop has received your order.

The item not in stock may be ordered and in the process of being manufactured/delivered, or it may be a so-called made-to-order item. The delivery time for an order item can be as much as 4-6 weeks.

I am not responsible for problems beyond LuxuryDog.Shop's control, such as problems with the manufacturer that prevent me from fulfilling my delivery commitment to you as a customer, or the shipping company's delivery time and delivery point notification procedures. I also reserve the right to make deliveries in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of your order.

  • Delivery methods and shipping costs

All orders are sent by Postnord.

Deliveries within Sweden are free of charge over 500:-. On deliveries under 500:- within Sweden and deliveries outside Sweden, a fixed shipping cost will be added.

Delivery is made to Postnord's agent unless otherwise requested.

  • Transport damage

Upon receipt of delivery, you as a customer are responsible for immediately inspecting the ordered products and any transport damage must be reported within 2 days after receipt.

In the event of a claim for transport damage, a picture of the damaged packaging/packaging/goods must be emailed to info@luxurydog.shop. No claims without attached pictures will be accepted.

Compensation for damage to the product during transportation is only payable if approved by the transport company.

7 Right of withdrawal and exchanges

The right of withdrawal and exchange does not apply to the following goods:

  •  Assortments made to order
  • Special order goods
  • Goods that are used or damaged
  • In the event of broken, damaged or missing original packaging, which means that LuxuryDog.Shop cannot resell the goods
  • Sale or discounted goods

Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days. Your message to LuxuryDog.Shop must clearly state that you are withdrawing from the contract. The withdrawal period starts from the day you received the goods.

You are obliged to keep the goods in as good a condition as when you received them. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

8. complaints

All claims must be approved by LuxuryDog.Shop. Contact me at info@luxurydog.shop or call 0730 - 25 95 45 to claim your product.

If an item is faulty, broken or incorrectly dispatched, it must be complained to us within 2 days after receipt. If your complaint concerns a suspected manufacturing defect, it must be made within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 months from the discovery of the defect. Complaints of a difficult-to-assess nature are forwarded to the manufacturer for assessment.

According to the Distance Contract Act, you as a customer must be able to prove the error for the complaint to be approved and LuxuryDog.Shop is not responsible for complaints caused by the use of the product in an incorrect manner.

9. returns

LuxuryDog.Shop has not have free returns, but all returns are paid for by you as a customer.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, exchange or complaint, you must first contact LuxuryDog.Shop before sending a product in return. You contact me via info@luxurydog.shop or by phone 0730 - 25 95 45.

In the event of an unauthorized return, your item will be sent back to you, along with an invoice that shows the cost of handling and return shipping, of SEK 250.

LuxuryDog.Shop does not accept returns against cash on delivery or cash on delivery.

When exchanging goods, you as a customer are responsible for the entire shipping cost, both for returns and new shipping for the exchange product.

The goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging with labels still attached. The original packaging must be well protected with an outer packaging.

10. repayment

In cases where a refund is required, this is primarily done by re-depositing to the credit card/bank account used to place the order, or to a bank account specified by you.

The reimbursement is made within a few days after the case causing the reimbursement is closed.

11. guarantees

We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Other defects considered to have arisen due to normal wear and tear or negligent use are not covered by the warranty

11. Uncollected consignment

Uncollected items do not count as returns and are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

For all unclaimed shipments, we reserve the right to charge you a return shipping cost, handling fee and handling fee, currently at 350:-. Unpaid invoices for uncollected shipments will be sent to debt collection after the due date.

12. colors

LuxuryDog.Shop cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website accurately reflect the colors of the products in reality. How the color is reproduced may depend on the settings of your computer.

You have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected or deleted.

The content of LuxuryDog.Shop is copyrighted and belongs to Pet Parent Products AB. It is not permitted to copy and use text or image material from this website.

15. force majure

Events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, expensive circumstances and comparable events beyond our control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that LuxuryDog.Shop is released from its obligations to fulfill the agreement entered into.
